25 Comments on WH: Americans Should Talk About Gun Control This Thanksgiving
I wont be able to talk about gun control since I’ll be turkey hunting.
And good gun control requires plenty of practice and range time.
Only if it involves controlling it with both hands, for accuracy…..
Haven’t they done this for a number of years? Good grief. This admin is insulting to what few intelligent people there are left in this country.
Unfortunately the range is closed on Thanksgiving, but we will practice our draw from holster techniques and critique one another. Thanks for the suggestion.
…why Congress won’t pass more gun control.
Could it be because the American people, represented by that Congress, DON’T WANT IT?
The Dems are just so used to forcing the American people to accept whatever they want: Obamacare, Passed in the middle of the night using congressmen who had already lost election, Immigration, Gay marriage, war in Syria and Libya, and now this.
No problem. We always do. We discuss the merits and drawbacks of the Weaver, the modified Weaver, and Isosceles stances; 9mm vs. .40 S&W, vs. .45 auto calibers; the minimum number of spare magazines to carry; concealment tips and tricks; techniques for quick draw, sight alignment and acquisition….
I just had a coworker tell me he will be controlling his gun in a deer stand this weekend. I thank hunters in the area who take out the potential car ramming devices and often bring in some homemade venison jerky. A yummy winter treat.
Did Obama just sign an executive order this week about gun control? I can’t find anything more recent than Feb 2015 (trying to ban AR-15 ammo).
They should have come out with another pajama boy ad!
Is there a poster-boy (can I say “boy”?) for this, e.g. Pajama Boy?
We might talk about printing off some shooting targets with that bastard traitor’s face on them. Bulls-eye right between the eyes.
0bama stays awake at night thinking of new ways he can rape America before he loses his kingship. We need to talk about locking that son of a bitch up in a tar and feather suit.
Oh, we usually do talk about gun control when we visit my dad in Kentucky on thanksgiving. The day after we have hours of shooting time on his 35 acres, with hundreds of rounds through a variety of calibers at multiple profiles and targets.
Wife and I discuss it every Thanksgiving.
After thanking God for America, and that we were born here, she brings up that .380 with the built-in laser.
Reflex sights helps with good gun control and quick target acquisition. I prefer isosceles and two hand grip.
