With news today that the number of classified e-mails that ping-ponged around inside Hillary’s server was at least 60, we have to wonder when the pressure on the Justice Department will eventually force an indictment.

If you are able to catch Mark Levin on the air, he has repeatedly read the exact Federal statutes that the Hildebeest voted to approve when she was in the Senate. According to Levin, whose legal opinions I have come to trust and respect, every single one of those 60 “e-mails” is an individual violation of one or more existing Federal statutes.
People have been indicted, tried and jailed for a single violation of a National Security statute; Scooter Libby comes directly to mind.
I do not see how the FBI can conduct an investigation for much longer without filing a motion with the Judge who ordered the release of these e-mails, for a temporary stay while they conclude their investigation, on National Security grounds. I don’t think they can get a stay for very long, unless the FBI files a case with the AUSDA in New York that leads to a near immediate indictment of the Hildebeest and her coven for multiple violations of multiple security laws.
I have five bucks that says the Hildebeest, Huma, Cheryl Mills and Sidney Blumenthal will all be indicted and the Beest will be forced to withdraw from the race before Thanksgiving.
Once that happens, all hell will break loose on the Left as everyone rushes to fill the enormous vacuum she will leave in her wake. Gonna be truly epic to watch this one Boys and Girls…
Don’t underestimate the FBI Moe. I think there is still enough integrity left to carry out a quick and thorough investigation on this. And keep in mind that all of this is coming about because of the direct orders of a Federal Judge who took the unusual move of reopening a previously closed FOIA case from Judicial Watch.
None of this would be happening without the court’s actions. State was prepared to withhold any and all releases until well after the Primaries until this Judge intervened.
Stay tuned. The legal system moves slowly, but it does move and usually results in justice.
