Compared to a decade or more ago there are very few magazines at the grocery checkouts anymore!
In 1965, I became a teen-ager and I loved reading “Seventeen” magazine, it was my bible! But in 3 short years, when I turned 16, I stopped reading it and moved on to “Glamour” magazine. In the 1960’s, magazines actually had good editorial content (but I was still a teen-ager, so what did I know?).
