A Possible 15 Years in Jail for Guy Catching His Wife Cheating

A husband caught his wife cheating, and now he’s facing up to 15 years in jail.

Sean Donis’s wife, Nancy Donis, 38, said she was going to dinner. Donis stayed behind to watch their 5-year-old son. When he couldn’t find his iPad, he turned on the Find My iPhone app to locate it.

The software showed the electronic device moving toward an unknown location; he had a hunch that his wife had taken it, and he decided to follow. He arrived at a house and  opened the unlocked door. On the second floor, he found his wife in bed with her boss, Albert Lopez, 58. With his iPhone, he recorded two brief videos of them in bed.

The New Jersey man got a letter last July informing him that a grand jury had indicted him on charges…

What charges could he possibly be facing?

  1. Another new joysey moron. You don’t break into a house for a stolen.iPad. He deserves what he gets. Mebbe there’s a reason they can’t have guns…….and new yawk.

  2. At least the adulterers’ reputations are ruined.

If he is sent to prison, a year before Trump leaves office everyone cranks up a giant petition for Trump to pardon him.

  3. The husband didn’t break anything. The door was unlocked, just waiting for anyone to come in off the street.
As for being being traumatized, again, your fault to screwing with a woman you may suspect is still married.

  4. Once upon a time in America he could have shot both dead, claimed momentary madness due to the anguish of betrayal, crime of passion, etc, and a jury would likely have understood and he’d walk, a sadder but wiser man to raise the 5 year old without the whore.

  5. “I feel like it’s unjust what they’re doing to me,”

You FEEL? Oh, OK then, not guilty by reason of FEEL.

  6. Once upon a time in America, if someone came into your home with possible intent to do bodily harm then you could shoot them dead.

Wait, that is still the law.

If the wife is cheating, get pics and get a divorce. In a lot of states, it does not matter who is at fault. Split everything 50/50 or more to the wife even if she’s a hoebag.

Come to your own home and find the beast with two backs and you can claim crime of passion. Might not succeed but planting your traceable ipad in your wife’s car and breaking into her lover’s home would count as premeditation.

  7. If he was a Muslim he could claim that he went into that house to reclaim his property (wife) which was stolen from him!

  8. So Proggressives are considering sending a black man to prison for 15 years because he busted in on a guy who was screwing his wife

Oh, he’s not a member of the Ungoodwhite tribe? well that explains it.

Let’s not tell the Proggies that there’s quite a bit of enmity between the Transatlantic tribe and the South of the Border and that this is going to piss the TA tribe off Let them step on their own cunts a little before they catch their error

  9. DON’T DO IT! Remember what happened to Andy Dufresne?

You wanna crawl through a sewer pipe to freedom?

  10. He will go to jail, the wife will get the kid, and the house and the iPad, because the husband is a “criminal”. Reverse the roles; does anyone think the wife would have even been charged?

  11. Nope. They’d celebrate how empowering it is to burn all of his belongings on the front lawn and spraypainting “cheater” on his Range Rover. After calling the company Prez to demand to know what kind of brothel he’s running.

  12. I don’t get it, she is cheating, kick the bitch to the curb and get on with your life cholo.
Never understood mens anger at the men cheating with his wife, it’s a guy, damn, he was taking what was offered, how can you fault a guy for that?
Besides, where was the kid, that’s who I am worried about?

  13. “Never understood mens anger at the men cheating with his wife, it’s a guy, damn, he was taking what was offered, how can you fault a guy for that?”

Under God’s O.T. law (which we today are not under as any literal rule) both adulterers were equally responsible and worthy of death. The woman gave herself to another man, breaking her sworn vow to the husband, making her a treacherous liar and whore. The man who has sex with her knowingly takes the sworn woman of another man, a very bad form of theft.

So while no one today is under the letter of the Law, the moral weight of it is nevertheless still very much in force — hence adulterers, liars, etc, are to be cast into the Lake of Fire. Meaning God still views it as seriously as He did at Sinai.
