Researchers in Ireland have found confirmation that if you wear a smile while you run your laps, you’ll improve your performance by almost 3 percent. Apparently, the positive effects of having a winning attitude while exercising was first identified a hundred years ago. Now researchers have been able to estimate the benefits. So grin and bear it while you do your workout. More

    More surgeries than you’ve got fingers and thumbs to count em. Many, many parts replaced, removed or reworked. He who always gets the “hand wanding” through security check points.

  2. They’re also leaving out the fact that noone like working with a crab ass. Working with other “happy” workers increases quality and efficiency.
