Babylon Bee: In Historic 6-3 Supreme Court Decision, Three Justices Ruled to be Morons

Babylon Bee

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the majority opinion, stating unequivocally that the dissenting justices were, in fact, idiots. “The evidence was clear,” Thomas said. “Three of our colleagues are babbling fools. It is the opinion of this court that this be recognized and applied accordingly to all future cases brought before the court. Let the record also show that one of my dissenting colleagues got a pencil eraser stuck in her ear during closing arguments.”

The dissenting opinion, written by Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, provided insight into the court’s reasoning. “What does ‘dissent’ mean?” Jackson asked. “How can the court conceivably rule that three of its justices are ‘morons’ when there remains no consensus among the justices of what a woman is? Someone said Justice Kagan is an example of a woman, but she sure doesn’t look like one to me. Also, what is an ‘opinion?'” More

  1. Kagan is no moron, just a partisan hack. Sotomayor is a moron. Jackson is not merely a moron, but an unbelievably lazy and self-righteous DEI moron – but a moron on a level that makes Sotomayor look like Abraham Lincoln. It’s really scary.

  2. I saw a 5 minute clip of Jackson saying or writing variations of “I don’t understand” about aspects of cases before her.

Of the three and Sotomeyer makes it a close call but it’s Jackson for Dummy 1st Place.

  3. The great Babylon B didn’t have go but a very small distance away from the real world on this one!

Note: Ketanji Brown Jackson is usually shortened to KBJ which is mighty handy because it can easily be pronounced Justice Cabbage.

  4. It’s not merely that Jackson is dumb or crazy. She’s fucking LAZY, like every DEI hire is. Coney called her out for not even bothering to READ the law. But that was at the end of her opinion of the DEI moron she was addressing. No surprise the swamp media didn’t include it in their “stories”.

  5. “Barrett slams Jackson for pursuing other diversions “because analyzing the governing statute involves boring ‘legalese.’” Again, what Jackson refers to as “legalese” is the heart of the judicial function in constraining courts under Article III.”

    IN OTHER WORDS:

Jackson: short attention span, imprecise lazy thinking, unwillingness to actually analyze and follow the rules, and impulsive immoderate behavior. Hmmmm…. some would claim those are stereotypical behaviors of a certain ethnic group. She does herself and her identity group a disservice.
