A federal judge on Tuesday lifted the restrictions on access to the Treasury’s payment system.
As previously reported, corrupt Obama Judge Paul Englemayer issued an ex parte Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) forbidding all of Trump appointees, including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, from accessing Department of Treasury data in response to a lawsuit filed by 19 Democrat state attorneys general.
The case was ultimately assigned to a Biden judge for a decision.
In February US District Judge Jeannette Vargas, a Biden appointee, responded to the Trump Admin’s emergency motion to dissolve, clarify or modify Englemayer’s ex parte TRO. more here

Clinton did the DOJ and Obama did the Military and they’ve installed many Department Heads whom are basically unaccountable because of a feckless Legislature.
Now he can clean house and replace as he sees fit.
Things may finally get rolling.
Again, I don’t understand how judges can seize control over the President and indeed the entire Executive branch of the government particularly when it is obvious partisan/agenda driven Lawfare!
Seizure of assets, seizure of bank accounts, arrests, prosecutions, and LONG SENTENCES! TIME FOR ACCOUNTABILITY. IM GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF REVELATIONS WITHOUT PUNISHMENT!
Don’t get you hopes too high just yet, sad to say in the ‘checks and balances’ in America the checks seem to far out-weigh the balances.
