Break-in reported at home of assassinated Minn. lawmaker Melissa Hortman days after double-murder

NYPost

The Brooklyn Park home of murdered Minnesota Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband was broken into overnight Tuesday, police said.

The house has been boarded up since Sunday following the grisly double murder, allegedly at the hands of accused political assassin Vance Boelter.

The former Minnesota house speaker and her husband, Mark, were gunned down after Boelter allegedly shot and wounded state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife.

“The home was once again processed by crime scene investigators for evidence of the burglary,” cops said. “The home appeared to have been searched by an unknown individual; however, the family has indicated that they don’t believe anything is missing.” MORE

  1. Curiouser and curiouser. Shadow government cover up operation or crime of opportunity. The couple, possible Deep State political operatives just knew too much, tried to breakaway and got cancelled.

  2. Conspiracy senses doing overtime for me.

“Authorities are asking neighbors to review their surveillance cameras for any sign of the intruder and to contact police with any information.”

Is this just bad police work? I mean, if I was the lead investigator in this case, I’d be talking directly to ALL the neighbors and personally reviewing their Ring camera films before any of it got ‘accidentally’ erased. Wouldn’t you?

(Karen Read’s verdicts today were “not guilty” except for the lowest charge of DUI. I’ve watched nearly all the trial testimony and “the guy” was not hit by her car. The only reasonable explanation is his fellow officers beat him up and put him outside to die in the snow storm. This is on the heels of another murder of a young woman in a nearby Boston suburb in which the police closed ranks and covered for another fellow cop. Not sure I would trust any police force at this point.)

  3. @ Different Tim. YEP When my mom passed, a scammer tried to rent out her/our house online, only by luck and sheer coincidence were we able to stop him before he scammed anyone.
