Canada announced late on Sunday that it is rescinding a digital-services tax in a bid to salvage trade discussions with the U.S. after President Trump paused talks on Friday.

  1. I ama western Canadian and cannot believe that our federal government is so incredibly stupid as to “PO’ our biggest and best trading partner. The Trudeau government implemented this tax by Order in Council (much like your Presidential Executive Orders) because in the 10 years of Trudeau government, they doubled our national debt with their incessant spending on stupid stuff.
    My motto in life has been “Do not spend money which you do not have” and “Don’t do stupid stuff”. It has served me well.
