Colorado Democrats are attempting to sell taxpayer-funded abortion as “good fiscal policy.”
The state is on the verge of passing legislation that would allow Medicaid to cover abortion costs after voters passed a constitutional amendment enshrining a right to the procedure and removing a restriction on taxpayer dollars funding it in November. Proponents of the bill are touting a fiscal analysis claiming covering the cost of abortion would be cheaper than covering the cost of childbirth. More
The same could be said about the legislature. They are obviously not self aware.
Wouldn’t it be cheaper just to perform ultra-late-term-abortions on the pro-baby-killing legislators?
I’ll bet she supports health care, housing, education and food/utility assistance for illegals.
Anybody willing to bet against me? I know nothing about her before this.
Sounds like something democRATz would accuse Republicans of:
“Life isn’t worth more than a few dollars” but here we are with the Stalinists on the Left.
The argument is just plain wrong to put a dollar sign on life.
PERIOD!
Common sense.

…when someone wants to question if a life is worth saving, you have to question just WHO is placing that value on a life, and WHY…
…they will do ANYTHING to devalue life.
That makes it easier to take from adults as well…you know, first the babies, then the elderly, then the birth defects, then the crippled, then the sick, then the mentally ill with “Mental Illness” defined as not liking Communism…
@Uncle Al –
“…Wouldn’t it be cheaper just to perform ultra-late-term-abortions on the pro-baby-killing legislators?…”
I agree with your premise, but I believe that the correct stage of life to perform an “abortion” on pro-baby-killing legislators is post-birth, once their position on abortion is known. Maybe that is what you meant when you said “ultra” late term abortions.
Best to keep them out of nursing homes and hospitals. Heartless.
Also they have no problem sending people into worthless wars.

Yup.

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money…” [Matthew 6:24]
Would be cheaper to late abort the mothers who keep having abortions and wanting us to pay for it.
I USED TO HAVE A MASSIVE ITALIAN MASTER CHIEF WHO WAS BORN IN HELL’S KITCHEN NY LONG AGO WORK FOR ME WHO WOULD SAY (AS A GOOD CATHOLIC) “I BELIEVE IN ABORTION, AND I’M ABOUT TO MAKE YOURS RETROACTIVE!!”
ALPHA ON STEROIDS, RIP RICHARD BOVINO
This is an incredibly evil piece of legislation.
If Jesus was here today, liberals would scream in favor of crucifying Him.
This opinion has to be based on babies the State has to support for their entire lives.
@stirrin — It’s a challenge to speak clearly with your tongue in your cheek.
If you’re not in a war to win a victory over your enemy than it becomes a useless war. Korea, Vietnam, the war on terror in both Iraq and Afghanistan were useless wars because we were not allowed to win.
Really now, the entire state of Colorado need aborting…
So we finally find an issue where democrats are “fiscally conservative”, and it’s killing babies. SMH
Satanic legislators in Colorado don’t care about fiscal responsibility, they care about profiting from infanticide through abortion…which is murder. God has something to say about this evil;
Proverbs 6:16-19 ~ There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.
If Colorado legislators refuse to support the God given life of babies in the womb, He will make sure these abortion advocates are no longer a burden on society earlier than they expect. At their last breath they’ll be relocated to Hell for eternity.

Let’s be reasonable and let them live if they’ve reached week 6,280 in their development.
Approximately 120 yrs + 9 mo in the womb seems reasonable.
Why stop there, lets bring back phrenology and examine women at birth and then sterilize those who are ‘predetermined’ to be of the type to seek abortions in the future? After all, stupidity and depravity have no bounds and this would save even more money.
@Dadof4 — LOL! I couldn’t agree more. NOW we’re talkin’ “ultra-late”!
Colorado is nasty.
a rusty coat-hanger, new emblem for the “state” flag
Financially, they aren’t wrong. I see women come to ER for free nonemergent care, each kid with a different last name. some may not like the fact that it is less expensive to abort than to raise a family whose income will be supplied by the taxpayer, sometimes for generations.
iT’s reminiscent of how Ford Motor Company reacted to the Pintos blowing up in the 1970s. Ford accountants used a gov’t calculation of the average cost of a life in the US and decided it was cheaper to let the Pinto deaths continue. So FMC never fixed the Pintos.
Well, that’s what I read about it.
