This bullshit is like watching a tennis match.
Judiciary is not the mother branch, it is not the final say on anything except properly laid suits of law, civil or criminal, brought before it by qualified complainants. Even then the court is not the final say, the law as written is the final say, and in the event a jury is used in the proceeding then the jury is the final say. Judges are absolutely not supposed to be activists in any of the activities they supervise.
