  16. It is rather odd to me that supposedly intelligent folks just don’t get it. Donald Trump connection with middle America is a function of him actually liking and identifying with regular people. He understands us because he is genuinely interested in us enough to listen to what we are saying.

    MAGA is united behind Donald Trump. Trump and MAGA have disagreements on the details, but neither MAGA or Trump demand uniformity of thought.

    MAGA/Trump are on a completely different plane in public opinion on the issues Americans care about in across the political spectrum polling than are the Democrats or Republicans.
