FBI agent in hot water for using provocative pics of female colleagues to lure sex-traffickers

BPR:

An unnamed FBI agent was the subject of a recent investigation by the Department of Justice that revealed he was using provocative photos of female staffers as bait in an undercover sex-trafficking sting. Although his intentions may have been noble, Justice Department General Inspector Michael Horowitz issued a memo on Monday where he was critical of the agent and the FBI’s tactics.

The agent in question had urged the women to “not tell anyone, including their supervisors, about the UC [undercover] operations,” Horowitz said. Although the faces of the staffers were blurred and each was clothed, the women never gave written release for the photos to be used in the operation.

Questions of impropriety arose when the agent was found not only to have made the request of one staffer, but that it was believed to be an application of leverage spawning from an inappropriate relationship with the office staffer. Further investigation found that the request for photos was not isolated to one staffer, nor was the agent alone in the practice of such maneuvers at the bureau. read more

Mama always told me “two wrongs don’t make a right”. The FBeye and most of law enforcement for the last 100 years or so apparently never got that lesson. “Off with his head!!!!”

“kcir – Just don’t take their vintage Ridgid Tool calandars!!”

…as a young man, I looked forward to each new month because the Snap-On calander had yet another lovely lady who had apparently misplaced most of her clothing for me to gaze upon as she suggestively coddled a tool that I would ALSO like to make my own.

The NAPA Parts Pups Ipheler magazines were also quite welcome in our shop, filled with similarly women kept chilly by their clothes that warmed it right back up with their smiles, and really gave me some – uh – “parts” to peruse on breaks…

…and it wasn’t like the few lesbians we had work there from time to time didn’t like looking at lovely ladies either, but Corporate was always worried about complaining Karens and the tool companies themselves got woked and all the crap about “hostile environment” and such, so the one thing worth looking at in a harsh shop environment was taken away forever, because liberals are not happy unless they ruin absolutely EVERYTHING…

  4. He had a sexual relationship with a coworker. Asked her to pose for “inappropriate “ photos. But his “intentions may have been noble”.

    WTF?

  5. Well now we know that each and every time the FBI agents break the law that they are doing it for a noble purpose! We can all sleep better tonight
knowing that our ‘Noble FBI agents” are diligently working!!

  6. Seems to me if the FBI agent would have went the Chris Hansen route, it would have been more entertaining than using some flicks to lure sex-traffickers. FBI agent isn’t too smart, he’s just as creepy as the traffickers….even more so. I hope he loses his job.

  7. Why didn’t he just use nude photos of a female relative, you know, like a 14 year old niece, for example?
