And so the battle rages. One reminder that several pundits have claimed that the 9th Circus is the most overturneddisytict court in the nation. So, some hope to be had.
I still maintain, that California’s continued self-harm is “a cry for help” and the responsible politicians need to be involuntarily committed to resolve their mental condition.
District court? Andy Jackson had a pretty straightforward reply to a ruling from a much higher court. Seems to me the lower courts need to watch their step a bit here, they’re giving away the game a little too broadly. At some point political rulings from ‘judges’ need to be quashed and political activism from the bench needs to lead to incarceration of the activist.
