Flynn Judge’s Lawyer Files Response to District Court – Says Flynn Can Defend Himself Against Independent Accusations By Court

Conservative Treehouse:

[…] If there is one positive that might come out of this nonsense it’s that AG Barr may be forced to directly put specific details of corrupt behavior by the Mueller prosecutors in a response.   The DOJ has attempted to retreat from the Flynn case without calling out, and directly identifying, corrupt DOJ activity.  Perhaps that will change. We shall wait and see. more

  1. Just more legal costs for General Flynn to defend himself against this lunacy. Thank goodness Sidney Powell represents him.

  2. I’ve seen judges melt down, but holy cow! This dude is ready to be put in a burlap beg and shipped to Planters Peanuts.

  3. Are “independent accusations by the court” a function of the court or a function of the prosecution?

  4. @Deplorable Second Class — Prosecution. IANAL but to the best of my knowledge the only thing close is that a judge can find someone in criminal contempt of court. This isn’t that.

  5. Sullivan is just a “Uncle Tom” living on the democrat’s plantation serving his master.

    Walk Away!

  6. Using his idiot lawers reason, the judge is fully able to defend himself.
He just reasoned his way out of a jon!

  7. Another deep state hack that finds out what he thought he was doing voluntarily, he’s actually being forced to do.

  8. General Flynn’s plea deal included a gag order. When the charges are dropped, so is the gag order.
I’m hoping that General Flynn will spill the beans when justice is finally served.

  9. Wow, that’s some defense. And since when do courts press charges after the prosecution has dropped them all?

  10. Uncle Al; Thanks, I had the same feeling, but have no legal training. This is very upsetting, that our courts can’t deliver justice to an innocent man, here in America. Well I thought I was still living in America, but I could be wrong.

  11. Whenever I read these stories about Judge Sullivan, I am reminded of the film clip from Nazi Germany in WWII, of the judge screaming at the accused conspirators in the plot to assassinate Hitler

Flynn gots the beans to spill, too.
No hot sauce needed with Flynn’s beans.
    Lipstick, either.
He’s got real beans, not msm beans.

  13. Guess “Judge” Sullivan’s never heard of that “presumption of innocence” bullshit, huh?

Flynn doesn’t (not sposed to) have to “defend” himself against “independent accusations” promoted by the court.
It is not the court’s job to launch “independent accusations” against “presumed” innocents.
The “court” is supposed to be the impartial arbiter of “justice” (which we all know is bullshit, but that’s the pretense we’re supposed to maintain). The blind lady with the scales, remember?

Why is Sullivan comfortable with allowing his pretense of impartiality to evaporate? Most “judges” guard that viciously.

  14. sullivan is like the proverbial boy who stuck his finger in the dike. He’s done a good job so far- so good that the water is now coming over the top of the dike itself.
