  1. Thanks Claudia. I needed that.

My sump pump stopped working. PatriotRetort has been down since 2AM and I can’t get in touch with my web host to find out what’s wrong. My immunosuppressant is leaving me vulnerable to every virus and bug in the universe so I’m constantly sick. And all that made me a wee bit cranky this morning. So thanks for cheering me up.

  2. I’m glad someone knows where they are going. I got lost trying to make it to the coffee pot this morning.

  3. 1. Elephant far left: Ok you heard the man, we have to drain this swamp. SO let’s…..Hey, uh no guys you’re going deeper into the swamp! Guys? GUYS!?

    5. Pug, pug, pug, pug, pug, COLLIE!
    6. Top Bear: Hey look at that. Second Bear: Wow. I’ve never seen anything like before. Bottom Bear: “What? I don’t see anything. Where?”

    10. Front Penguin: “Oh yeah, Fred Sorry I meant to warn you about that. Are you alright down there?”

    14. Last Turtle out of the water: “Hey up in front you want to get a move-on up there?” Front Turtle: “Yeah right. Here I go, Vroooooom.”

    15. And a group of democrat voters got together to, yet again, try to explain how they lost that election.

    16. Why did the Rooster cross the river?

    18. Unable to think of any other solution the dogs elected a cat as their leader.

Very nice as usual Claudia, thank you.

And you’re in my prayers, Dianny. Hope things improve for you.

  4. “And a chicken shall lead them …”
(I think that’s from the koran, but I have been wrong – maybe the DNC)

    Thanks, Claudia!

  5. I also noticed that you didn’t post any pictures of lemmings.
    Now, I wonder why that is… 😉

  6. I hope things get better, Dianny and that you feel better soon.

Turtles!! Thanks Claudia for including them. As always, you do wonderful uplifting work.

  7. 2 and 3 remind me.
A pair of Mallards has taken up residence in the condo pool.
They better move before it opens or well have 2 plus however many turd machines in the pool.
(And not just the human kids)

  8. If corgies are anything like their larger collie cousins they’re herding that cat. My collie Buddy used to ride herd on my kids when they were little and was always watching out for them.

  9. I know Canada geese are messy critters – but there ain’t nothin’ cuter than seeing a line of little ones following their mama! Thanks Claudia!

And I too hope things start looking up for you, Dianny!

  10. @ Dianny
Special prayers going up for you. Hope you feel better soon.

Claudia, thank you for the weekly animal pics. Last week’s “praying animals” fascinated our 2.5 year old grandson. We just finished saying prayer before lunch and I showed him how the animals put their “hands” together to pray, jist like him. He understood and grinned from ear to ear.

He has the hand folding down pat, but the sign of the cross needs atad more finesse. BTW, he’s started to use our little garden fountain as a holy warer fount when he passes it.. 🙂

  11. Unlike most Progressive lemmings, these animals have a reason for, and a sense of where they’re going.

  12. Great pics. Reminds me of just last night. My son and I were sitting in the car while Tired Dad ran into a restaurant for us to get some carryout, and there appeared a feral mamma cat with three kittens following behind her in a row. Such sweet little critters.

Dianny, I hope things improve for you soon. A friend has Lupus so I know it blows. Love PatriotRetort!

  13. The picture of the pugs is my favorite.

@Dianny, hangeth in there. A lot of people are praying for you.

  14. @ Dianny, adding my prayers also.

Perfect for a Sunday. Ruth 1:16
Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God.
