Former Ohio State Wrestler Recants Claim Against Jim Jordan

CTH: Everyone with a reasonable amount of common sense knows the claims that Representative Jim Jordan knew of sexual abuse at Ohio State twenty-years-ago was a manufactured political hit-job. Now one of the accusers recants.

(Via The Daily Caller) A former Ohio State University wrestler is recanting his claims that Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan knew of sexual abuse allegations against a university physician when he coached wrestling at the school over 20 years ago.

“At no time did I ever say or have any direct knowledge that Jim Jordan knew of Dr. Richard Strauss’s inappropriate behavior,” Mark Coleman, a former MMA fighter who wrestled at Ohio State when Jordan coached there, said in a statement.

“I have nothing but respect for Jim Jordan as I have known him for more than 30 years and know him to be of impeccable character.”  more here

  1. More please.

The old playbook doesn’t work anymore, assholes.
Bring your best game. C’mon. Let’s rumble.

  2. Where does Rep. Jordan go to turn back the slander clock?
People get away with this, Twitter bans people for way less.

  3. Help me out here – I don’t understand, did he actually say something about Jim Jordan or did someone just say he did? You can’t recant something you didn’t say, which is what he is stating.

  4. Mark Coleman is a phucking scumbag in my books. I wonder just how many Mark Coleman’s there were accusing Catholic priests? Not that the Church is pristine, but just sayin’.

  5. SSDD – Same Shit Different Day

Been here, heard that, done this, all too many times.
    How about you?

  6. @Moe Tom: You are correct, sir. I could have easily made a credible claim against the Catholic Church, and made big bucks, but didn’t, and wouldn’t, because nothing happened. A relative could do the same against Penn State (he has a photo of himself as a child, standing next to Jerry Sandusky). But too few people have scruples anymore.

  7. Jordan had right and truth on his side. Very happy to see this. Now let’s see the scumbags who manufactured this, crawl back into their feces-filled hole.

  8. Tony R. I spent my years ’till seventeen with the Christian Brothers then I joined the US Army. Never had a problem. Some people are demented and make shit up. But with all the Psychiatrists, and Psycologists, and Sociologists and other igst’s in the world needing a good paying job. We have to go along with the shit. It will never end.

  9. I hope you all watched Jim Jordan and DJT meet for the first time at that rally in Ohio. Two men driven for the same purpose. How big of Trump to haul him up on stage, how big of Jordan to run down the list of accomplishments by this administration. Patriotic Americans. What a moment.

  10. @ghost of col j glover – Yup. They’re taking damage and getting desperate.

Not that it makes any difference to your excellent point, but I always heard it the other way around: When you you find yourself in heavy flak, you know you’re over the target.

  11. @ Uncle Al – and you ARE myyy uncle…The Progs are limited to scandalous attacks that end up with nothing but their tactic is to get it out in the mainstream ignorance.

I like to listen to this once in awhile for strength, RIP Breitbart, 11 seconds long…
