Kirk Perry, 60, of Lorain, Ohio, who once held a position of trust as a USDA Program Director, admitted in court to conspiring with his nephew, Jamarea Grant, 31, to defraud the federal government by submitting fraudulent invoices for work that was never done. more here
A seven-year scheme that netted two conspirators only $400K? Pikers. They should get the full 20 years sentence with the ‘stupidity’ enhancement.

No daylight between her use of a payment system, the ability to change the names of the payees and the actual disbursement of the funds. No internal controls.
they actually found a low enough hombre to make an arrest? well I guess that’s a start at least
Federal auditors asleep at the wheel. Or, just as likely, part of the graft.
