From the First Page, Judge Gleeson’s Brief Against Flynn is a Travesty

American Thinker:

By Andrea Widburg

You know a lawyer’s bluffing if he inundates the court with case authority for an ostensibly simple principle. The amicus brief that Judge Gleeson filed with Judge Sullivan in the Flynn case has those string cites. Gleeson’s bluffing. Worse, he’s lying.

It’s typical for dishonest attorneys to use fake citations – cases that do not stand for the principles asserted — in their endless string sites, hoping no one will check. This what Judge Gleeson did in his brief: Every one of his 14 citations in footnote two on page 1 is a lie. That’s all you need to know about his brief. more here

  1. Flynn must really have the goods on the Dims, they’re foaming at the mouth desperate to hang something on him.

  2. If President Trump pardons him, nothing he says about anything will be believed because he will always have the “lying” albatross hung around his neck. The case must be dismissed and he has to be exonerated.

  3. If pigs like Gleeson and Sullivan
aren’t removed from office and face
public humility and fines civil liability and even forfeit of pension

Even unprosecuted criminal McCain and the

Altho they were criminals and cretins they wouldn’t touch this stuff !

You can thro in the alkys from Strinkas
    when Bud Crangle was bartending.

One of the few places I saw
people pass out in the 60’s

  6. Talk about passing out, did you ever go to Anacones not far away. Their big thing was beef on weck and their Italian sausage sambitches were fantastic.

The food was sold to drop-ins and takeout mostly.
The regulars were neighborhood barflys who would
drink and buy until passout or form of incompacitation.

Some of the foodees would have drinks afterwards just to watch what they considered to be of the
passed out or nearly passed out drunks.

A guy named McGee before reporting for the pm shift at a nearby factory thought the walkin phone booth was urinal and emptied his bladder there.

  7. Are you guys talking about bailey ave
    in bufflo—–
And everybody from there pronounces it that way

OK, I used to go there originally for the food and
shootin’ the sh*t w/ the owner Dave
who knew most of the old time big name musicians and
was a retired big band drummer himself

Years ago he got a lot of the big jobs had thru
    the cats he knew

–Wake up man– if you think politics is only in gov’t—–I got news for you

Dave got a lot of his work when loved to travel
    That’s how played w/ Stan Kenton—thru
    Sam Noto and Donny Paladino

Sam Donohue—thru Jimmy Dahl ( who became famous in NYC playing in RCA’s studio and ghostly recording w/ anyone who needed a top notch trombone player—
just like Jimmy Cleveland and the Green bro’s after they left the Woody Herman
    ( Isham Jones ) band.)

Altho Dave claimed he was never in the military
he did fake it on the side with Glenn Miller’s Army Air Force Band stateside before they went into the overseas USO shows.

Kenton tried to keep Dave with the band just like
he did with Shelly Manne , but just like Shelly
( who Dave said was the greatest big band drummer ever) Dave had family obligations and turned down touring anymore just like Shelly did.

I was lucky enough to have Dave, Hank D’Amico,
Rikard Riederer and Scotty Montieth play at my wedding.

Because people who see the corruption of the court (singular), with their own lying eyes, will be swayed by facts? As opposed to “evidence”? But only of the corrupt court gives the truth it’s imprimatur?
