We have discussed how Germany is extending its criminalization of speech to the Internet. Germany imposed a legal regime that would allow fining social networks such as Facebook up to 500,000 euros ($522,000) for each day the platform leaves a “fake news” story up without deleting it. The country fined YouTube to force the company to remove views that the government considers disinformation on COVID-19.

My grandparents did not escape Germany before my parents and their siblings did.
I had a great aunt who was released by mistake and she had her tattoo serial number on her arm. She escaped thru Switzerland after bribing a guard and losing her dignity. Everyone else died in the gas chambers except for one baby who was thrown in the burning furnace alive. My mother knew them very well and said before my generation died we would be under communist control. When I see RINO’s and Democrats destroying our country I understood what she meant.
