How Antifa and Black Lives Matter Compare with Satan

American Thinker:

John Milton understood evil.  Some say he understood it so well that he made Satan, not Man, the most interesting character in Paradise Lost (1667).  Regardless, what he recorded in that epic of Man’s fall from Grace is one of the central and enduring myths of mankind.  It is also a good explanation for what’s going on in Seattle, Minneapolis, New York, and a dozen other cities hit by radical protests.

Milton tells of Satan’s rebellion against God and his defeat and banishment to Hell.  After his defeat by a band of angels loyal to God, Satan travels from Hell to Earth in order to corrupt Adam and Eve.  He tempts Eve into partaking of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge.  Adam and Eve are then expelled from paradise into a world of suffering and pain.

The crucial point about Satan has to do with his motivation.  Why should one of God’s most capable and valued followers wish to rebel in the first place?  The answer is that Satan is swollen with pride and incapable of submitting to authority of any kind.  He views the universe in the way today’s anarchists do.  They see themselves as godlike creatures who should not have to submit to authority.  While today’s radicals claim to be struggling for racial justice or equality, they are really interested in something very different: the illusion of total free will and limitless power.  That was Satan’s motive as well, and Milton understood the danger it posed.

It is impossible to know just what goes on in the mind of a young protester while he is looting, setting fires, and engaging in other violent crimes.  But it is possible to know what he is attacking.  He is after those who are affluent, those who believe in goodness and decency, and those who support law and order.  One of the primary objects of attack is the police.  So far in 2020, over 30 police officers have been murdered by gunfire or other means.  Far more have been seriously assaulted, many of them by Antifa or other protesters.

  1. The important difference is ANTIFABLM (I just spell them out as one group these days) bleed. And you know what Arnold says. If it bleeds, we can kill it.

  2. I only hope and pray that the masses can understand the evil that is rising up in the form of antifa and blm (and every other George Soros funded organization), and will vote accordingly.

  3. God has been ripped from the ❤️ heart and soul of America.

The sixties produced degenerates for generations, and is a prime example of how much the culture really played a role, in tearing down the fabric of our country.

It truly has become a sad time in our history. 🕊️❤️🙏

There’s no comparison, they are Satan’s army.

  5. @Extirpates:

    “One word answer: favorably.”

I up-voted you because I understand that phraseology’s meaning. I’m not sure others did.

  6. Evil will not be eradicated by elections.
As you have seen for the past 80 years, it’s the RESULT of elections.

Two terms of that Kenyon plague known as COVID-44 is living proof.

Think of other ways to rid America of Evil. Think.

  7. Back in the early 90’s my church was part of a group of many churches praying against the secular overthrow of our nation. One morning we were down in Riverfront Park in downtown Spokane between the Opera House and the Convention Center praying against the sexualization of our local schools by a bad guy named Sol Gordon from out of state. While we were praying I looked across the Spokane River over to Havermale Island in the center of Riverfront Park and for a fleeting second I saw a legion of Angels arrayed in heavenly battle gear ready to do battle against the enemies of darkness. I only saw this once and I know without a doubt that there are more on our side standing with God than the enemy can ever muster against us. The enemy can’t win, all he can do is try to dissuade us from the truth and cause us to worry and fret and divide us into believing that he is winning, which he ain’t and never will. The democraps don’t know what’s going to hit them on election day and are in for a huge victory surprise on our side.

  8. Awesome comments, geoff the aardvark. Wish I had your gift.
    Your vision reminds me of this scripture;

2 Kings 6:15-17 New King James Version -The Holy Bible
15 “And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”

16 So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.”

17 And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.”

  9. “Paridise Lost” is an excellent resource if you want to know the mindset of anarchist leaders, in particular.
Useful idiots are are just that – idiots who are destroying things and harming people based on a lie.

  10. PRAY The Blood Of The Nazarene saturate the demonic Antifa elements of the world so that it can destroy it from the inside out.

geoff the ardvark. By some unexplainable iOTWREPORT miracle we ever cross paths in this life or the one to come, I’m picking your brain about the glory that you were allowed to see. 🌞

  11. geoff the aardvark — You have the gift of sight, it seems. And that is wonderful.

Your description gave me a shiver and put tears in my eyes.

My experience (gift?) is to feel the physical presence of the Holy Spirit of God. The air nearly crackles with the sensation of intense electricity. It’s hard to describe; it’s like a bolt of lightening striking but it’s kinda horizontal and fills up all the spaces around me. It happens most often whenever I am with someone and I’m praising God. It can last from about 10 to 30 seconds.

I’m so in awe of it, it leaves me speechless and in some ways I feel so unworthy of it.

  12. Make no mistake about it — we are in a real spiritual battle with the forces of Satan and his evil minions.

Prepare in the best way we know:

Ephesians 6:10-18 New International Version (NIV)
    The Armor of God

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

  13. “It is impossible to know just what goes on in the mind of a young protester while he is looting, setting fires, and engaging in other violent crimes.”

All it would take is just one accurate shot from distance on one of these effete knuckleheads while they’re placing the cable around the statute’s head.

Drop one, and the rest will think twice. And if they retaliate…..get the damn counter-revolution (that’s us) started. A few here…..a few there.

Might be high time to mentally prepare for the inevitable.

    We’re fed up. Understand?
