I think it is interesting to watch animals inherently interpret a camera lens as an eye. For example, wasps and hornets will attack the camera lens like they would with the eyes of an animal.

JC,
Sorry, can’t have one. They are SO wild, they have no “domestic” gene. All you can do is watch from a distance.

I think it’s a Bobcat.
If it were domesticated it would be a Robertcat…

That’s a Pallas cat.
IIRC (and I could be wrong) it’s native range is west Russia/east Europe.
It’s considered scarce/endangered.
As I said above, it’s not able to be tamed, even if you caught and (tried to) raise a new born kitten.

Pallas cat! They live near where my wife is from.

” For example, wasps and hornets will attack the camera lens like they would with the eyes of an animal.”
Weird.
Been in the bug killing business for almost 40 years now. I’ve killed thousands and thousands of wasps, hornets, bumble bees, true yellow jackets, European honey bees, Africanized bees, etc. over the years, and not once were my eyes attacked. Not even the paper wasp nests less than a foot from my face as I deal with them. Not even when I accidently disturb them. (no chems involved)
OK, I want one.

They must be entirely different where you live.
