IG Report: FBI Officials Accepted Bribes From Media

CTH: On Page Xii of the IG report the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General (DOJ-OIG) highlights numerous FBI officials who accepted bribes from multiple media outlets including: “tickets to sporting events”, “golf outings”, “drinks and meals” as well as exclusive invitations and admission to “nonpublic social events”.

The OIG investigative finding was disturbing enough to launch a separate set of investigations that will be included in follow-up reports.  more

  1. No names, no justice.

It really is a swamp; a vast and intricately intertwined closed ecosystem of symbiotic relationships which, when upset, forces them to begin eating each other.

  2. MSNBC Nicolle ‘joyless behar’ Wallace is reporting that Comey was a rat to hurt Hillary AND a straight shooter on everything else. Incredible.
Hey Bush Admin. . . She is your Legacy. Sad.

  3. “Although this was against regulations no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges in this instance”

Do I have that about right?

  4. The media would do anything for leaks. They’d even let the FBI agents grab them by the pussy.

  5. The FBI has sentenced itself forever to rot in the Pit of Wretched Hopelessness… and rightfully so. We can no longer sponsor a corrupt, National Police Squad.

  6. IG report blackout on NPR.

Top stories: Trump saluted an NKO, he’s in bed with a monster dictator who tortures his own people (NOT referring to O’baba and Iran),

Trump Charity Foundation being sued in civil court by NY Atty General, (accused of the most “despicable, the lowest” acts of using charity money for political purposes”.(Not referencing HRC.)

I listen to NPR so you don’t have to. I want to puke on their shoes.

  7. Zonga, thanks. LOL!
Funny thing is, they already tried the Trump charity angle when he first came to office and it was nothing then, too.

  8. Local police get fired for accepting ‘freebies” from the public.
The only acceptable gifts are those made public and available to everyone in the police department – like block tickets to a ball game, or a BBQ open to the whole department.
I’d like to know what a non-public social event is, too.

  11. You can bet the members of the legislative branch will move quickly on this and put an end to it in the most painful method available. They get real nasty when someone horns in on their wallet thickening action.

” … the dog returns to his vomit and the sow returns to her mire,
and the burnt fool’s bandaged finger goes wobbling back to the fire”

  15. So everyone thought the DOJ and FBI were unlike every other federal agency?
Inspector Generals and Congress, the toothless watch dogs who watch the watch dogs.
