The anti-graft court ordered on Friday the arrest of Ilocos Norte Representative Imelda Marcos after it found her guilty of seven counts of graft.

The 89-year-old Marcos was sentenced to imprisonment for a minimum of six years and one month to a maximum of 11 years  “in each case” where she was found guilty.

The Sandiganbayan said the former first lady can have provisional liberty if she posts a cash bond while appealing the conviction.

  1. I know the Philippines: If, (BIG If) she does “go to prison” it will be her personal residence or jail of her own choosing with a guard and warden assigned. She’s a freaking celebrity like Mooch wishes to be. The people love her and she knows where all of the bodies are buried.
