Juicy Smollett gets March sentencing date

Jussie Smollett will be sentenced on March 10 after he was convicted of five of six counts in his hate crime hoax case, Fox News Digital can confirm.

There will also be a status hearing on Thursday, Jan 27.

In December, a jury found Smollett guilty on the first five counts, and he was acquitted on a sixth count of lying to a detective weeks after he said he was attacked.

The 39-year-old former “Empire” actor was charged with six counts of disorderly conduct related to false statements to Chicago police officers about a 2019 hate crime against him. In 2019, he claimed that two men attacked him due to his skin color and sexual orientation. more here

  1. There has to be a lesson for Robin Roberts in here somewhere. How about not trying to help your Kalamitous Jamindian with her racist legislation to make it a Federal Crime to lynch people? As if that’s happening all over the country these days. What about assuming that the police are as stupid as you are? What a pair of phonies!

  2. One dollar says, token fine, pay police investigative costs. Nothing more. He’s a member of a protected class. No, not black (which he isn’t, he’s mixed race), but low end celebrity democrat.

  3. He’s not going to do prison time for disorderly conduct, although a few months in a local lock-up would sure be some sweet ‘justice’

  4. Juicy will be get a hefty fine and be sentenced to 100 hours of community service. The first hour consisting of a media crew filming him moving some boxes at a soup kitchen and then we’ll never hear of it again. Another judge will overturn his sentence at a later date and fully exonerate him.

  5. He end up with either suspended sentence or a community service.
Nothing serious would happen to him. He is a democrat, and a loud-mouthed tool for the far left.
They think and act as if they are above the law.
