Most of the west (NM, WA, NV, UT, CA, OR, CO, MT) is suffering severe drought conditions, we are all worried about water. But I’m not sure what she can do about it.
Getting coast states to build desalination plants (Israel figured it out, why can’t we?) would be a good start.
I still see large front yards being watered daily with 90% runoff into the gutter, there people need a beating.
I don’t like drastically cutting back on farmland allocation, we need the food.
But, as with most of the border state maladies, getting rid of the illegals would be a step in the right direction.
