Christmas got political in Portland, Oregon, on Friday night during the city’s 41st-annual holiday celebration.
Leaders and speakers at the event in Pioneer Courthouse Square avoided using the word “Christmas” and even referred to the massive Christmas tree as “the tree,” a move that disappointed many online, the New York Post reported Monday. Read more

Christians ought pay heed as well to the fact that the enemies of Christ and Christianity do not obtain and have never obtained the level of peaceful coexistence Christians have. We used to stay a weekend in downtown Portland, go to dinner, go to the museum or a show and do our Christmas shopping.
Ou couldn’t pay me to step foot in the fucking shithole these days. San Francisco and Seattle likewise and Spokane is trending in that direction. Vancouver BC has been a lost cause for well over a decade.

I think these people have always existed on the edge of society. Introverts that were jut half a click off and never really accepted by the normies. Some of them I could even feel sorry for. But they’re running all over the normies now days. I use to call it the revenge of the nerds. But it’s far worse than that. I’m thinking the normies still outnumber these freaks in areas like Portland and Seattle. I don’t get it. But then again look who Seattle elected as mayor.
