GP: Liberal Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan denied an emergency application to stop the deportation of four illegal aliens from Mexico.
The illegal alien family of four unlawfully entered the US in 2021 under the Biden Administration and claimed they were fleeing cartel violence.
Fabian Lagunas Espinoza, Maria Angelica Flores Ulloa and their two sons sought asylum but an immigration judge denied their claim. An immigration appellate court upheld the judge’s ruling and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals also affirmed the immigration court’s decision, according to Fox News.

One wrong decision in one of these cases can have far reaching ramifications…. which is exactly what the Left is hoping for!

@Claudia — My reading of the Constitution suggest that there are three possible Constitutional recourses to address SCOTUS screwups.
Impeachment is the obvious one. But also, Article III Section 1 says that
How do we establish bad behavior? I don’t know, but that’s a possible path.
The third is to convict one or more Justices of treason and execute them. Now THAT’S quite a thought, isn’t it?

The 7-2 vote was to halt deportations of Venezuelans and Haitians held in a specific facility in TX until the SCOTUS reviews the old law Trump is using to deport them. It’s not the definitive decision to suicide the USA quite yet, but it’s looming.
