LISA PAGE TESTIMONY MAY HAVE PUT OBAMA AG LORETTA LYNCH IN THE CROSSHAIRS

DC:

Republican Georgia Rep. Doug Collins released the private testimony of former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, but it’s former Attorney General Loretta Lynch who may feel the sting.

According to Page’s testimony, which was made public on Tuesday, the FBI considered charging former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with gross negligence under 18 U.S. Code § 793 for her alleged handling of classified information.

“We had multiple conversations with the Justice Department about bringing a gross negligence charge,” Page told Republican Texas Rep. John Ratcliffe. “And that’s, as I said, the advice that we got from the Department was that they did not think — that it was constitutionally vague and not sustainable.”

Ratcliffe responded, “When you say advice you got from the Department, you’re making it sound like it was the Department that told you: ‘You’re not going to charge gross negligence because we’re the prosecutors and we’re telling you we’re not going to.’”

“That’s correct,” Page answered.

But if Page were telling the truth, and the FBI did recommend possible charges against Clinton, then Lynch may not have been telling the truth when she said that she would “accept their recommendations.” more

  1. Lynch is nothing more than a naive, unqualified, morally bankrupt, Affirmative Action useful idiot. And a fool. Knowing she was marketable the Clintons and Obama seized upon her false impressions. They used her. Lynch was a pawn. Lynch will never figure that out. Lynch does not have the mental capacity to figure out what a pile of shit she stepped into. Lynch is so stupid she’ll spend time in the slammer thinking she’s only in there because of the color of her skin.

  2. what?
aren’t all those criminals already in the crosshairs ?

if they aren’t they should be.

we need more prosecutions of politicians if we want them to behave.

I’d only add that it wasn’t just being stupid and naive, she was also willingly dishonest and corrupt.

  4. …it was about grand kids…

Bill: Do you want to be alive so you can be with your grand children?

    Loretta: Yes.

Bill: Do you want your grand children abducted to Pedo Island so me and my boys can have our way with them?

    Loretta: No.

Bill: Then you’re going to exonerate Hillary?

    Loretta: Yes.

…yep, all about the grand kids…

  5. To have them “in the crosshairs” is one thing; to have Horowitz, Huber & Co.’s finger on the trigger is what counts.

  6. No.
Lynch put HERSELF in the crosshairs when she jettisoned her morals and principles.
The entire nation watched her betray our trust, compromise her office, and then lie about it.
    What has become of us?

  7. Sure Lynch was willing to accept the recommendation of the FBI on whether to prosecute Hillary, as long as the FBI took Lynch’s advice not to recommend prosecuting Hillary. See how that works?

  8. “Lynch put HERSELF in the crosshairs when she jettisoned her morals and principles.”

…this presupposes that she had some morals and principles in the FIRST place, @Tim. The fact that she was already a high-ranking Democrat who was selected for a high office by OTHER high-ranking Democrats argues AGAINST that…

  9. This whole affair would never have been discovered id not for some local TV news reporter being diligent and forthright. Otherwise, no one ever finds out about this ethical treachery.

  10. Supernightshade,
I saw, or read, somewhere, that she was an able Prosecutor at one time – might have just been so much propaganda.
