President Donald Trump on Friday called for the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate the 2020 election won by Democrat Joe Biden, repeating his baseless claim that the contest was marred by widespread fraud.
“Biden was grossly incompetent, and the 2020 election was a total FRAUD!” Trump said in a social media post in which he also sought to favorably contrast his immigration enforcement approach with that of the former president. “The evidence is MASSIVE and OVERWHELMING. Without executions of the guilty for their TREASON, it most certainly will happen again. Additionally, EVERTHING (law, EO, etc.) that was put in place between inauguration days MUST be overturned and reversed in all affected manners. Yes, a complete overturning of our nation…but nothing less will send a message as to the consequences of this kind of behavior. And NO, I don’t expect to EVER SEE ANY OF THIS. Just saying what needs to happen.
