Many horrible parasites are eliminated in the US meat supply before it ever gets on the menu.
I order the majority of my red meat on line. It’s a bit more expensive. But I know exactly how it was raised and where. Knock yourself out with that Mex beef. My thoughts are those cattle got the parasite from drinking Mex sewer water. Which is pushing back into our country, on the coast, and in the Colorado.
Mexican cows probably have to walk more than a mile just for another mouthful of grass. Mexican steaks are as tough as shoe leather. I buy locally sourced beef. It is worth the extra cost.
