SAN FRANCISCO – A three-judge panel in San Francisco on Thursday unanimously sided with President Donald Trump, allowing the California National Guard to stay in Los Angeles, over Gov. Gavin Newsom’s objections that the president trampled on his sovereignty as governor of the state.
The 38-page decision by Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals judges, Mark Bennett, Eric Miller and Jennifer Sung, overturns a lower court ruling that favored Newsom’s argument. The panel concluded that Trump was in his legal right to use his presidential power to federalize the National Guard.
The judges wrote that while presidents don’t have unfettered power to seize control of a state’s troops, the Trump administration had presented enough evidence to show it had a defensible rationale for doing so, citing violent acts by protesters in Los Angeles, where some had thrown rocks, concrete blocks and Molotov cocktails in the streets, and vandalized federal property, earlier this month. more
So what, this is like 9 to 0 in favor of Trump vs Newsom? Wada loser.
The 9th initially jammed this up Mewscum’s ass with a Stay. Now with this ruling, they have used an old-time cannon ramrod to jam it so far up his ass that he will never dig it back out.
BTW. Californicate is now working to pass a law that all police must show their face when making an arrest all the way up to the Border Patrol, ICE, and Military, except for SWAT and when making drug busts. This is yet something else that will fly like the Hindenburg as it blew apart over the airfield.
Gov. Lizardman actually had the audacity to claim he “won” this case because it recognized limited power by the POTUS to take control of the NG, which was never in question. The court agreed that the Trump administration cited perfectly valid reasons to nationalize the CA NG.
Once again, all the democrats have is lies and gaslighting, and once people see through those, they got nothin’.
Watch them refer it to the En Banke 9th circuit.
Now, arrest newsom and LA mayor karen bass for sedition.
If the govy won, PDT would have called up more Marines, the court’s verdict meant nothing,
