If you have a young pup teething on baseboards and wooden things. . .
A few drops of Tabasco on a surprise finger when chewing commences after corrections.
Only use once per day/training.
Paint some on the affected wood boards also.
The next day, when Chewy gets to biting, slip a flavored finger in and rub the drop on the roof of Chewys mouth and at the same time say loudly, but NOT THREATENINGLY, TABASCO!
You want to ingrain the word with a negative experience.
When used correctly, this technique will last a lifetime.
Never use the word unless it is in a training application or real world situation when you need an immediate reaction from Chewy.
This can be easily overused and completely lose it’s effectiveness if overdone.

My Ivan used to do this when I closed my door to my office in order to work in peace. He wanted IN!
I have 4 feral cats that visit almost everyday to get food and milk. Bit of a pain trying to get to my car without having to go back in the house when they arrive as I’m leaving. But I have not had a mouse in the house in 4-5 years. Must be a connection.
Lots of toddlers addicted to that too.
LOLOL
Third Time typing.
Trying Again.
