This should be an emergency hearing with a unanimous decision in favor of President Trump. They should also issue an edict stopping all of this subversive Leftist Crap or these Crazy Judges will face impeachment.

    Saw the headline, couldn’t find the source or corroborate it otherwise.

    But, it needs some serious thought as to what level of influence minor courts should have on the Executive other than being tributaries as to whether a question needs to go to a higher court for determination, ultimately SCOTUS.

    Until such time as SCOTUS makes a determination why do these various “findings and determinations” (injunctions) have any weight?

  14. Well, damn, LCD. It was fun while it lasted. Anyway, SCOTUS would have wimped out.

    But we need to remember that all of the fed judges popping up like mushrooms are just lawfare as a desperate holding action against the executive onslaught. Every time we read splashy headlines about this or that hack judge thwarting PDT, their rulings usually dissolve in a few weeks after the DOJ pushes back. Of course the slap-down of a robed clown rarely gets reported, leading everyone to believe in the invincibility of the leftist federal judiciary.

    Have a little patience, y’all. PDT is a seasoned veteran of the lawfare wars, and there is nobody more suited to the task than him and his generals. You’d be surprised to find out what he’s winning behind the media smoke screen.

  16. I’m glad to see this was fake news. President Trump’s been quite careful to obey all court orders so far, and IMO (not that anyone asked me) that’s the smart strategy. The buildup of bad TROs really needs to be broken up by SCOTUS, and the sooner the better. But Chiefie Roberts needs to recuse himself. He’s in the same social club as all of the rogue judges: Deviant Assholes Anonymous.

  20. So glad to see the newly elected AG here in WA living down to my expectations and filing 4 or 5 lawsuits against Trump. Cause yaknow there an overwhelming out cry from the mentally ill libtards in Seattle and Sequim to keep surgically mutilating young people in the name of gender fluidity.
