  1. I can see the left using this to do serious damage. After all, they can apply any label they want to anyone they want anytime they want without challenge. Just look what they’re doing with the “terrorist” label at the moment. At some point, stop proposing new bullshit laws that can be used to fuck us over at some future date and just start really resisting this bullshit regime.

  3. If the United States had a mental competency test, Congress would have maybe 7 senators and 23 congressmen – the office of President and Vice-President would currently be vacant. Maybe that’s not a bad thing.

  4. Good idea TRF. Perhaps a mandatory retirement age of 65 like corporations do with presidents and chair-persons.

  5. Absloutely – Term Limits should include other limiting factors as well, like age and ability.
I know, I know…. ability is a very subjective term, but where I’m coming from is having the ability, skills and talent to succeed in the Private sector first. Make it a pre-requisite to have some measure of success in the Private sector in order to qualify as a candidate for office – as someone who understands what it takes to live and succeed as a common man. Stop making Politics the last resort for worthless fuking idiots who only know how to lie, cheat and steal!
