4. Looking to the past, I tend to agree with The Fly that she won’t do time. But the pendulum is beginning to swing back on this kind of shit, and although unlikely, it may swing far enough to whack McIver in the ass and propel her into a cell. I won’t hold my breath, though.

   If she does go to the pen, I’d feel sorry for the guards.
