American Mirror: A Mexican television journalist is out of work after a picture of her being carried by flood victims in Puebla to protect her expensive shoes circulated online and created an outrage.
TV Azteca reporter Lydia Cumming was on scene to document severe flooding in Puebla on Friday and the 24-year-old apparently couldn’t refuse an offer by locals to carry her over puddles to avoid getting her fancy shoes wet,Metro reports.
There must be a photoshop of Moochie or the Queen-in-Chief somewhere in the making…
All I can picture is Hillary being carried on her gold throne in a $12000 moving blanket.
Couldn’t take off your shoes, princess?
“Couldn’t take off your shoes, princess?”
Then filthy commoner germs would get on her feet. Then again, in Mexico there’s probably an element of truth to that.
Look like $2 WalMart bedroom slippers, to me.
(shows how much I know about women’s shoes …)
izlamo delenda est …
Who would wear expensive shoes to a flood? And yeah, take them off and carry them yourself!
The media fired her because it tarnishes their image of being caring guardians of the poor when in fact they are all spoiled hypocrites.
I dunno, I would have offered to carry her too!
I’ll bet MSNBC will snap her up in a heart beat! Fit right in!
Eh…..maybe she’s just afraid of water and can’t swim. Who believes what the media says any more?
Eh, I’m waiting for the pic of her being carried across our southern border. But she did say she won’t give up journalism, I hear that Naked News is hiring. She can even wear her expensive shoes after she takes off her clothes on camera.
There’s a sucker born every minute.
Two of ’em are carrying a big bag of stupid and the one in the middle is wearing
$2 WalMart bedroom slippers that she paid $500.00 for!
How come we gotta go to Mexico to find an example of white privilege?
Light-skinned, privileged Mexican carried by dark-skinned, underprivileged Mexicans.
Behold! The dirty little secret Mexico doesn’t want the world to know about.
