Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Trial: Former Personal Assistant Testifies To Racketeering Acts

While a great deal of violence and criminal behavior has been shown to jurors in the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs trial, his defense still tries to paint him as a ‘bipolar swinger’ who may at most have committed ‘Domestic Violence’ – a crime for which he has NOT been indicted.

In this sense, yesterday (20) a former personal assistant to the rapper may have moved the needle by talking about his former boss’ ‘use of guns, lie detector tests and drugs’ as a modus operandi of a criminal organization.

Associated Press reported:

“David James’ testimony came in the second week of a trial in Manhattan federal court that is scheduled to last up to two months. If convicted of the charges he faces, including racketeering, the Bad Boy Records founder could be sentenced to at least 15 years in prison.”

Prosecutors intend to call several former Combs employees, trying to prove that Diddy ‘used threats and violence to control employees and associates and commit crimes.’ read more

  1. Given the many victims that he’s supposed to have had, I’m surprised no one has murdered him. I guess he was more important to them as a source of wealth and status than maintaining their own self-respect and integrity.
