I may have said this before, I just checked my old Santa Monica apartment and it is renting for 10% LESS than what I was paying. And less than half her $6k figure. It certainly seemed a lot to me, but it was 1,000 sq ft and a 10-minute walk to the ocean. So this girl’s expectations are really, really high.

I pay about $725 per month for my mortgage on 1/4 acre lot, with detached garage and a 24′ x 36′ workshop. She needs to move if she want’s affordable housing.
