South Dakota joins other GOP-led states in sending National Guard to southern border

Just The News– South Dakota Republican Gov. Kristi Noem has joined with other governors of GOP-led states in plans to send National Guard troops to the southwest U.S. border to help with the record surge of immigrants.

“I’m officially announcing up to 50 National Guard troops to Texas to help secure our border. The Biden Administration has failed to keep America safe. We shouldn’t be making our own communities vulnerable by sending police to fix Biden’s border crisis,” Noem said Monday.

The governor’s office followed up Tuesday morning, saying that the deployment would last 30 to 60 days and that it would be paid for by “private donations.” However, the office did not provide further details about the deployment, according to the Argus Leader. more here

  1. Sounds like Joey Biden will have to consult with someone with a brain, if they can find one, to put a stop these states from interfering with their plan to destroy America.

  2. A little off topic, but I just read that Homeland Security is setting the stage for riots this holiday weekend. They put out an alert for “domestic terrorism” across the country. Sounds like liberals are ramping up the idiots to burn, loot and murder this weekend.

  3. The SDNG trip is financed by some company out of Tennessee not costing us SD’ns any tax money.

Kristi and govs like her are taking back the authority that their predecessors allowed the feds to take.

She is proving to be almost always right 99.6 % of the time

  4. I lost interest in Noem when she vetoed the bill to protect women’s sports from men pretending they are women. Once a front-runner in the GOP nomination sweepstakes, now she’s playing catch up to Desantis. Too little, too late.

  5. GregMan, sounds like youre a one issue person. Now who you going to support until they do one thing you dislike?

And if you’re not a SD resident you have no clue about what really is going on.
