Washington times: Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas on Wednesday invited President Obama to come back from overseas and insult him to his face, and challenged Mr. Obama to a debate over the White House’s Syrian refugee policy.

“Mr. President, if you want to insult me, you can do it overseas, you can do it in Turkey — you can do it in foreign countries. But I would encourage you, Mr. President: Come back and insult me to my face,” Mr. Cruz said, in video captured by NBC News. “Let’s have a debate on Syrian refugees right now. We can do it anywhere you want. I’d prefer it in the United States and not overseas where you’re making the insults.”

“It’s easy to toss a cheap insult when no one can respond, but let’s have a debate,” Mr. Cruz said.  read more

  1. alan dershowitz said that cruz is “off the charts brilliant”, having been his professor

quite a compliment from a liberal, with possible exception that i believe dershowitz is one of the rare pro-israel jews

  2. The night is passed, and the day is at hand. Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and put on the armour of light.

Is it coincidence that “toma la Cruz” means “take up the Cross”?

  3. Wow, it kind of feels like we’re sinking to the lefts level. Why not just start impeachment proceedings instead of beating your chest. After all I know 12 year olds that could kick Berry’s ass but those 12 Secret Service guys are bad ass.

  4. Facebook is a time suck that does more harm than good. I don’t think it’s a good activity for anyone who wants to enjoy an authentic life.

I’ve said this here before, but I’ll repeat it for anyone who missed it: social media are becoming a big factor in petitions filed in New York City Family Court for orders of protection.

  5. Remember how Obama responded immediately to Trump’s 2012 challenge that he release his college records?

Me neither. What a despicable, faggot – assed loser.

  6. John 1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2The same was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

    Blindness.
