The Democrat Who’s Turning Heads by Challenging Obama’s Foreign Policy

NRO– She’s young, she’s hip, and she’s beautiful.
She’s also a combat veteran and a Democrat who has made headlines for slamming the Obama administration’s rudderless foreign policy.

Tulsi Gabbard may be a Democrat, but the 33-year-old congresswoman from Hawaii has endeared herself to right-wing hawks by showing a willingness to buck the president, and her party, on foreign affairs. “I like her thinking a lot,” American Enterprise Institute president Arthur Brooks tells National Review in an e-mail. 1. So why is she a dem? She holds too many views to stay a Regressive-They brook NO deviation.

REgressives goose step like Nazis and when you’re not in step, you’re cast out.

  2. “So why is she a dem?”
My guess would be she is a smart conservative, more or less, that knows to win in Hawaii you have a D behind your name. The mindless will vote for you, some twice. It also guarantees the dead vote and those in nursing homes that let volunteers “help” them with their ballots. And if it turns out she ran as a D and lied about it they may see that as a plus.
    I know, it’s confusing.

  3. Unspecified “specialist” in a rear area medical unit. The rest of her military career seems to be almost military tourism of quite protected assignments.

Barring further information I’d have to venture the “Combat Assignments” is quite kind.
