They have but one dog eared, tattered and used up playbook. I recognized the pattern while still in grade school in the 1960s, as did my brother. It could have been ended right then and there if it were not for the Republican establishment playing their part as controlled opposition, which was a pattern I recognized in the 1970s. It was all too obvious what was going on. The Sunday shows had the same Republicans feigning outrage week after week. Once I figured out that both are part of the Team Progressive it has been easy to know what the next act will be.
Trump/Team MAGA knows the score this time around and the Republican establishment knows to keep their heads down and their goddamn mouths shut if they know what’s good for them.

One of the larger problems is lack of consequences.
We see treason posing as election fraud, judges overstepping their authorities, agencies grossly extending their charters, and nothing is ever done: no arrests, no indictments, no convictions, and no executions.
When a liar is caught out in its lie, be it a politician or a talking-head “journalist” we all shrug our collective shoulders and declare that all politicians are liars, all “journalists” are liars, instead of demanding that they be punished for deceiving and defrauding us.
The denizens of our cities live in danger and filth and ignorance for generations and just accept it as part of the urban experience.
Our lifeblood is drained from us drop by drop and we say: “Ain’t it a shame? Won’t somebody do something?”

Look, this week’s big news for the Democrats was David Hogg and his big plans for their party. Their biggest bloc of activists are 80 year-old, blue-haired cat ladies who haven’t felt this needed since … well, forever. Even Rosie O’Donnell has given up and moved to Ireland with her “non-binary child”, and her therapist. Now all of them are pissed off at Chuck Schumer.
Of course “Hitler!” is dead! And in case no one noticed, “oligarchy!” is too.

They continue to agitate for support of a Ukrainian war where hundreds of thousand have died so they can continue to benefit economically. They want to dictate what US businesses can make and sell. They are all for censorship in the guise of “disinformation.” The MSM is under their thumb and parrots their party line. They have no compunction about lying publicly to achieve their political ends. They punish members of their own party to attempt to think for themselves. They promote “mostly peaceful” protests to disrupt the lives of law abiding citizens for their own political purposes. They see public education as a way to indoctrinate our youth into thinking as they want them to think.

They combine the worst aspects of childishness and idiocy then, like stupid spoiled idiot children, double down when it doesn’t work on anyone outside their increasingly small circles.
