WE: TransCanada on Wednesday accused President Obama in a federal lawsuit of exceeding his constitutional authority when rejecting the Keystone XL pipeline and, in a separate challenge, said the White House violated a historic trade agreement, igniting an election-year battle over a project that most considered dead — at least until the next president takes office in one year.
The company, which proposed the project nearly a decade ago, is seeking $15 billion in damages from the U.S. for the “loss of value” of assets related to Keystone.

Don’t know if I’d be throwing stones considering the Canadian politician who said he wouldn’t fight back if moslems attacked Canada.
Although, I’m totally with you on the impeachment thing. 🙂
TransCanada has more balls than the GOPe.
They’re right.
He admitted he vetoed Keystone so he could show the rest of the world what a limp-wristed tree-hugger he is.
Hey what Obutthole did is just what half black Africans do!
to bad the American workers can’t sue him for the jobs he pissed away.
but he still has his.
thank boehner and mcconnel, you pussies!
FERC handles interstate pipeline issues, not the executive branch. FERC is notoriously pro-pipeline.
I wish the secret service would beat the snot out of this turd just once before he leaves office
