It’s so unfortunate for every American that Barry Soetoro (or whoever he really is) came into our lives.
You know, every so often when someone at the top of one of the alphabet agencies screws up, is involved in a scandal, etc., a gov’t apologist — usually a congressman or senator — will say, “But the men and women in the rank and file are decent, hard-working individuals. We shouldn’t judge the organization by the poor judgement/choices of the guy we just busted….”
When asked if the United States was an exceptional country, Obama forgot that he hadn’t actually won the election without a huge amount of vote fraud, and thought he could get away with stating that America was no more exceptional than Greece or Britain. If he’d been up on his American History, he should have known that the word “exceptional” in this context has nothing to do with the subjective view of national pride (his answer), and everything to do with historical forms of governance and human freedom, which, up to the time of our constitutional ratification, provided nothing at all like the individual sovereignty that was finally acknowledged and codified in the American constitution.
Barry Soetoro and the entire employee class in the federal gov’t believes and has the world believing that our country is no more special than their own shit hole. We’ve just got better hand-outs and freebies, and ridiculously naive charities. And there’s no bottom to this charity barrel.
These foreigners do not understand and cannot appreciate how or why American conservatives/patriots hold the sacred freedoms in our hearts like the gold that it is. Sharia-loving muslims do not have a personal relationship with God or the Son, and are incapable of understanding or accepting that we hold God’s truths to be self-evident, and that the God who gives us our freedoms is alive, real, and present, and even today we appeal to Heaven for his protection and grace. They don’t understand that, they hate it, and they work to eradicate it from our exceptional place.
I think POTUS Trump, the DoJ, and whoever else is appropriate should go into any area of the U.S. where there are muslims trying to set up their own fiefdoms and just flat-out get rid of them. Send them back to wherever they came from. If they are asylum seekers and their country’s war is over, send them back. Economics must not be a deciding factor in whether or not someone has to leave. Time spent here cannot be a factor, either. And if that so-called asylum seeker has chain-migrated their 29 closest relations here, they all need to leave, too. They will never adopt the culture of country and they will only work to destroy us or overburden our natural generosity.
When I was younger, I used to hate the phrase America love it or leave it. Now that I am older, I believe it to be true. If you can’t assimilate and adopt to our culture and hate everything about American society and our history since our founding in 1776 then it’s time for you to leave and go back to whatever shithole country that you came from. We don’t want you if you refuse to be an American and try to make our country like the hellholes that you came from. Adios, vamoose, scram, asta la vista baby get out and never come back.
geoff the aardvark — I like the way you think. And I never thought I’d end up thinking and talking like those two old, grumpy Muppets who were always going on about patriotism and The American Way. But we’ve had it! They tried to get us to give up our cultural distinctions by telling us we have no legitimate cultural distinctions and those we do have are “toxic” “violent” “supremecist”, and the rest. But it’s just fine if we allow foreigners to storm our borders illegally and then claim a place here with no legal right to do so, and then the unkindest cut of all is they start tell US how to think and live. My grandfather on my dad’s side of the family who was born in 1896 in Oklahoma was a hard rock miner and small farmer all of his life. He lived thru World War 1, the Great depression, raised 5 children, 4 boys and 1 girl, World War 2, 3 of my uncles were WW2 veterans, my dad was in the USAF from 1947-50 just prior to the Korean war, the dawn of the early space age in the early 60’s, the very beginning of the Vietnam war in the mid 60’s, the Beatles which he hated not just for their music but also for their long hair and rebellion. He died in 1965 when I was in 6th grade, and he would not recognize how far America has fallen over the past 60 years. It’s a crying shame; I miss the old America of the 50’s having grown up in the freer times of the mid 50’s thru the early 70’s after 1968 when the new left started the beginning of our downfall as a nation thru the infiltration of everything in our society and culture. I hate the left and everything that they have done to destroy America since the late 60’s.
AA you are not pathetic, the left and its hatred of America and promoting evil of all kinds in all areas of our culture is what is really pathetic. If we are pathetic, it’s only because we have allowed it to happen and not fought back hard enough to reclaim America as it was founded.
I remember Reader’s Digest had amusing anecdotes and one was about an American family going Shopping before Thanksgiving. The family that was several generations as Americans were amused that they had Italian or Mexican ingredients to make a non traditional Thanksgiving dinner while clearly recent immigrants had all the ingredients for the traditional turkey feast. The message was that newly arrivals were more patriotic. But something clearly happened.It seems that that government actually has chosen people who hate this country. From George Soros on, you question how they could be allowed in, and why this attitude that we are stuck with them.
