Trump Effect? Poll Shows CNN Brand Plummeting

CNN’s brand has continued to struggle.

CNN, which President Trump has referred to as the “Clinton News Network,” now trails both MSNBC and Fox News in brand perception, according to findings from YouGov. Both MSNBC and CNN have fallen far behind Fox News in recent months.

Respondents were asked, “If you’ve heard anything about the brand in the last two weeks, through advertising, news or word of mouth, was it positive or negative?”

Of the three cable networks, only Fox News scored a neutral brand perception. Both CNN and MSNBC were well in the negatives.

11 Comments on Trump Effect? Poll Shows CNN Brand Plummeting

  1. CNN’s (and MSNBC’s) brand perception has been sliding for years. Trump, because of his bully pulpit, has said to the the world what we, the public, have been saying all along.

  2. Send bitchy Shepard Smith, Juan Williams, and a few more cut from that cloth over to CNN and watch Fox News Ratings soar.

  3. Social networkers who link CNN on their posts are embarrassingly learning from their Fakebook friends that there is a reason why they’re called fake news. Word to the wise. Don’t use CNN. They’re most likely misinforming you, making you look a fool.

  4. Whenever I hear some libtard spewing the usual talking points… “Trump’s a racist”…”Trump grabs women by the pussy”…and on and on, I just say “Oh, you must watch CNN.” and then I LMAO !!
    Their reactions are always entertaining.
