Trump to join Tucker Carlson live in Arizona for event to benefit hurricane victims

Post Millennial:
Former President Donald Trump will join Tucker Carlson at a live event in Glendale, AZ to benefit victims of Hurricanes Helene and Milton on Oct. 31, just days before the Nov. 5, 2024, presidential election.

The event is part of a tour organized by the Tucker Carlson Network that brings Carlson together with notable Republican and conservative leaders at designated cities across the US. The Glendale stop is advertised as a fundraiser for those Americans who were devastated by Hurricanes Helen and Milton: “We are coming together to support those affected by the recent hurricane. All proceeds from this event will be donated to hurricane relief efforts, providing much-needed aid and resources to communities in need.”

Trump made an unexpected appearance in Ashville, North Carolina Monday to inspect the damage incurred by Hurricane Helene and to announce that the GoFundMe campaign he has authorized for the victims of the hurricane has generated $8 million.

“I want to thank everyone who supported the GoFundMe. We set it up right after the storm left, almost immediately, and I authorized a lot of people to help,” Trump said, noting that houses and possessions can be rebuilt and replaced but lives cannot be. more here

  2. Just to put the job still to do from the aftermath, I was in Morristown TN with some of the wifes relatives who had just recently got power and such back and were still picking up. Morristown is in East Tennessee, near but not at the Smoky Mountains park and is contained in Hamblin County. Hamblin was on the edge of the hurricane troubles but didnt take the hardest hit, youd have to go SE towards Asheville for that, and its largely rural so youve not heard it mentioned on the news.

    But you will likely notice it, and many more like it, in the prices on the grocery shelves in the coming months regardless of the November political rain.

    Heres why;

    “The enormous amount of damage has made it hard to even estimate losses and impacts; so much land has affected, new loss is being accounted for as debris removal continues, and it has only just started. “We’ve lost most of our corn and soybeans, 300 acres of corn and right at 200 acres of beans” Gilbert said. “Pasture is a mess from silt being deposited on it, there’s muddy grass, all kinds of trash and garbage. We have one field that’s got eight or nine houses, camps, and campers in it. (There are) a couple of tractors, all kinds of trees, motorcycles, boat motors, lawnmowers, four-wheelers — and none of it’s ours.”
    -Citizen TRIBUNE, Vol.59 No.32, Morristown TN, Oct. 19-20. https://www.citizentribune.com/

    …Widespread crop destruction, farm equipment wrecked, houses and outbuildings destroyed, herds killed, grazing land silted over and useless, and a massive cleanup needed just to try to use the land again…and Hamblin is neither populous or rich.

    …now extend that down the SE states from there to Florida with most areas hit HARDER, and extrapolate the consequences of that to your food bill.

    And thats BEFORE we’ve even talked about the death and destruction in the cities.

    …we went to the giant new Buckys at Exit 407 on 40 in Kodak TN, the gateway to Gatlinberg and Pidgeon Forge and Dollywood and all things touristy, but didnt go any further into Redneck Disney than that, though they assured us it was mostly business as usual. Lotta giant trailers on the Parkway, must have been. The wife dearly loves the Smokies so it hurt, but we had business with more of her family in Dandridge at exit 417. We couldnt get to 40 the normal way as its basically desroyed out towards Newport NC where some of her family works, and they say the road repairs will take YEARS.

    …happly, my wife knows all the back roads so WE could get around OK, but your GPS may not know everything going on so allow plenty of time.

    We didnt go anywhere near disaster zones like Chimney Rock, as they have enough trouble without me being there, but her kin tell us the news doesnt do it justice. You need a word left of “Obliterated” to describe it.

    We did own a trailer in Dandridge breifly near the Jefferson County Jail that she inherited when her dad died, but because we didnt live there to protect it and didnt need the lot rental we sold it to the unscrupulous California developer who purchased the park (and jacked the rents) years ago, and lets just say I have a bit of schadenfreude now, since HE has to fix it and not ME.

    …THIS is what normal, ordinary citizens have to live with, live in, fix, and raise families around, with a Federal Government that seems more interested in steaing their homes for $750 a pop and blocking aid to them every chsnce they get because, politics. THIS is what WE will have to deal with at dinnertime when the consequences of that rural devistation become manifest at the restaurants and grocery stores.

    And THIS is what men like President Trump and Tucker Carlson are trying to HELP with despite endless hate and a government actively trying to block, discredit, disposess, and murder them.

    May the Lord have mercy on all who have suffered and suffer still from the hurricanes and from Democrat malice in the aftermath.

    And may the Lord bless and protect President Trump as he continues to do the job our own government refuses to.

    “1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

    2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

    3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.”
    Psalm 46:1-3

    ” I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
    Philippians 4:13

    God Bless,

    “Has Trump addressed Maricopa county Arizona saying it may take 13 days to tabulate the votes?”

    …they need a couple of weeks for FBI infiltration and internal US troop movements once the REAL polls show them where the ‘trouble areas’ will be before they announce the steal…
