Did the quake cause that or did they drain it because of the quake? Seems there would be a lot more building structural damage if the quake caused that much water to displace.
Glad I wasn’t doing laps when that occurred.
Cool! Just one more reason NOT to go running out of a building during an earthquake!
Not an issue for me since I don’t go to big cities and I sure as heck don’t do skyscraper roof-top pools.

I was on a cruise ship during a storm a few years back. When the ship rocking synchronized with the waves the upper deck pool emptied almost all of the water in about a minute
