What is the point and where is this? Is it because illegals are being rounded up? Is it because the wages aren’t $22 an hr like calif? Demon in the fridge? Is this in the bayou?

I looked around in comments and some figured it was about ICE. But the bayou makes sense, too. lmao

If that Wendy’s hired illegals then I have no sympathy for what happens to them. The next step is to get the lazy off welfare and back to work.

Maybe Springfield, OH. Are they burning candles in every corner? Somebody go get a duck from the park and sacrifice it in front of the freezer. Or maybe just mumble an incantation while eating Crispy Chicken sandwich. Jeezus, at least we don’t have to worry about these people building a nuke.

Well, the sign is real and it’s in south Alabama. Just did a photo search.

OK here’s what happened. A few were afraid of the fridge for whatever reason. The second part: The comments claimed one wants to work anymore because of gubmint handouts.
Others are wondering what / how much are number 2 and 3. 😂

“…it’s in south Alabama.”
Mobile, maybe?

Judging from my local Wendy’s, they use eVerify. It’s on their doors as you come and go. In n Out and Chick Fil A do, too.
However. Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, El Pollo Loco, and McDonalds looks and sounds like they don’t.
Now. If you’ll excuse me, I have to finish my lunch and drink my Peksi Cola.

My local Wendy’s is staffed with a wide age variety of people. Very nice.
My little town is about 98% conservative farming, ranching, and small manufacturing community.

The Wendys down the street from me has been horrible post covid, the service and the food are so bad I won’t go there anymore. Once I waited for 15 minutes for chili and fries and there was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru. The nearby McDonalds is only slightly better, they usually greet me with a “yeah, whachu want” when I place my order.

Who doesn’t have a demon or two in the fridge?

When you fight for a Living Wage, and get an Undead Wage instead.

Last time I went to Wendy’s… More than 3 years ago… A Dave’s Double was $12+ by itself. I exited the order line.

“just what the hell is a living wage?” ad why aren’t wages based on local competitive salary?
keep f#$king with it and find out…

The last time I ate at Wendy’s they served me a half raw chicken sandwich. I was pregnant with my middle daughter. Shes 24 now so I guess its been awhile

The last time we visited a Wendy’s we were hoping to get something like a Burger King Whopper. Nnnnnnope. Their burgers were small with no produce, mayo only. That was after waiting in the drive thru for ten minutes behind the only other car in line. Small container of fries and a small coke. For $11 apiece. They didn’t even offer catsup.

In my opinion Wendys and Arbys have run the course. We don’t frequent them too often, but when we have in the past couple of years (since COVID) they’ve been cold and blaa no matter which location. A general lack of attention to the product. They sure aren’t what they used to be! I think they’re done!
Chick-fil-A is very good, but ya know who’s got some really good stuff is Bob Culver’s!

Dave Thomas would never let that happen.

It all went to hell with the PLANNEDEMIC and the non-stop handouts. You ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU INCENTIVIZE.

“There is a demon in the fridge.”
Wait — whut???

My last time at Wendy’s was almost 4 years ago. The girl working the window had a translation program running as she worked the window.
2
Wendy’s has sucked for a long time. We went to Wendy’s for some chicken about 15-20 years ago and had to wait (didn’t actually time it) about a half-hour.
Never went back.

Their Cobb Salad isn’t bad, just be sure to order it without the e. coli. The local Wendy’s isn’t bad, they are staffed with an adult manager and high school kids …so 70’s bad, really.
