  3. I don’t begrudge people taking care of their own at home, I just wonder about throwing $400 billion towards helping them out.

    $400 million seems generous to me.

    Imagine all the corruption this much fast money is going to attract. Mark my words, in years to come we will be running stories on welfare fraud in the in-home care industry.
